ReThink Health recently released a new report, Multi-sector Partnerships for Health: 2014 Pulse Check Findings, profiling 133 initiatives nationwide that are driving health systems change. Florida’s communities listed in the report include the Bithlo Transformation Effort, Hialeah Healthy Families and the Miami-Dade Health Action Network. Beginning in 2015, the Florida Institute for Health Innovation is facilitating two multi-sector efforts: the Florida Oral Health Alliance and the Liberty City Community Collaborative for Change: a BUILD Health Challenge.
