A good model for a project or program prides itself in being adaptable and transferable to any community. Although communities differ structurally, a balance exists where solutions and programs are designed to have larger reach and transferability while being flexible to implement modifications that apply to the culture and structures of communities. This is key for us at FIHI.
Challenges may arise in project sustainability in the communities, which is why at FIHI we believe in utilizing all resources and taking advantage of the opportunities available to maximize the capacity for positive change. This is done through the application of social and cultural awareness with business practices in the community that allows for the building of endurance despite having limited resources and obstacles that may arise.
